We recently switched our payroll to MIG Payroll Services and have been very pleased with the service provided. Our payroll representative, Arika Martin, is very knowledgeable and efficient, always processing payroll immediately and sending the reports right over. If I ever have a question I just email her and she quickly responds to assist me.
We have had issues with past payroll companies not calling back or emailing back in reference to questions we have had, taking days to return calls as well as not explaining answers to questions regarding taxes or payroll in a manner which we can understand. We do not have this problem with MIG, which is very refreshing.
Overall, we are very pleased with MIG Payroll Services and our representative, Arika Martin. They make payroll simple and hassle-free!
